Brazilian marketplace integration startup OmniK raised $1.2M from ABSeed Ventures.
Omnik is a SaaS and white label platform that transforms e-commerce businesses into multi-seller marketplaces without the need to manage additional inventory.
Omnik will use the funds to invest in product development, technology, and marketing.
“The objective of this round is to continue to expand our operations in Brazil and to consolidate the company as the main player of multi-vendor platforms in the national market. We also plan to expand to Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom,” said Matheus Pedralli, OmniK’s Co-Founder and CEO.
Founded in 2016, OmniK serves clients like CRMBonus, CIMED, Marisa, Pernambucanas, Pague Menos, and Centauro. In 2023, OmniK’s revenue grew 200%.
