North Callaway football had some history made during a down season.
The Thunderbirds had four all-district players for Class 2 District, as announced earlier this month, including Lane Kimbley as a defensive back after tying the school record with seven interceptions to go with his 53 tackles.
Kyle Pennell is an all-district linebacker after finishing this season with 34 tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack.
On the offensive side, North Callaway had two all-district linemen David Sapp and Landon Oney. The Thunderbirds’ offensive line blocked for an offense that finished with 1,278 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground
