Colombian recruiting startup Magneto raised $7M in a seed round from Alive Ventures, Pashin, Impact Ventures PSM, and Latin Leap.
Magneto will use the funds to acquire new clients, aiming to reach 20,000 in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and the US.
Founded by Alejandro Arango and Pablo Arango, Magneto is a SaaS recruiting platform that helps companies recruit, evaluate, and select candidates in less time, resulting in savings on operational costs.
Magneto’s client base includes companies like Starbucks, Coca Cola, Sura, Grupo Éxito, and Alkosto.
