Chilean fintech Global66 introduced a multi-currency feature on its prepaid cards that enables users to make foreign payments in up to eight different currencies directly from their accounts.
“Our card now supports purchases and ATM withdrawals that discount directly from the balance held in each currency, eliminating exchange rate fees and offering a global shopping experience,” said Santiago Mejía, Country Manager for Colombia at Global66.
Global66 offers a remittances platform that equips businesses and individuals with a global account and mobile wallet for currency exchange, person-to-person transfers between Global66 accounts, and online international money transfers.
