Brazilian loyalty startup CRMBonus secured $10M in a Series B extension round, with Vivo Ventures and Industry Ventures each investing $5M.
“We will use the funds to accelerate our expansion and consolidate CRMBonus as the leading growth solution alternative to the big tech model,” said Alexandre Zolko, CRMBonus’s Founder and CEO.
Vivo has been a CRMBonus client since January 2024, utilizing the Vale Bônus service. They are now exploring additional CRMBonus products, such as CRM Ads.
Founded in 2018, CRMBonus is a B2B AI-powered platform that helps companies attract, retain, and engage with customers through a variety of solutions like giftback, which enables companies to offer rewards to their customers after a purchase.
