Chilean-American proptech Andes STR raised $4M in a round led by Executive Venture Fund. Evolution VC and Taram Capital also participated in the round.
Andes STR will use the funds to expand to new countries in Latin America and in the EU in the next 12 months, and to enhance its technology.
“We are investing a lot in software to optimize operations and make it simpler to enter new markets,” said Sebastian Rivas, Andes STR’s Co-Founder and CEO.
Andes STR uses AI to find, purchase, and manage short-term rental properties on behalf of institutional and individual investors.
Founded in 2019, Andes STR has an ARR of $4M and manages over 320 real estate properties in Chile and the US.
