Brazilian proptech Pipeimob raised $455K in a pre-seed round led by DOMO.VC.
Pipeimob will use the funds to enhance its platform’s functionalities, implement new tools, and expand operations.
“This investment will strengthen our mission to revolutionize the real estate sector with innovative technologies, providing more efficiency, transparency, and agility in the sales process,” said Roberto Nascimento, Pipeimob’s Co-Founder and CEO.
Pipeimob is a Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) platform that manages the entire real estate sales value chain, handling documentation, legal, and financial aspects.
Founded in 2022 by ex-real estate brokers Danilo Herrero and Olavo Piton, and Zap Imóveis founder Roberto Nascimento, Pipeimob serves clients such as RE/MAX, Auxiliadora Predial, and Lopes.
In the last five months, the proptech facilitated over 4,000 property transactions worth $455M on their platform.
