Proffer, a Brazilian SaaS platform specialized in pharmaceutical pricing models, raised $600K in a seed round led by Criatec 4.
The funding will be used to grow in the retail and distribution sectors, and develop pricing solutions for additional market segments.
Founded in 2021 by Edmilson Varejão and Vinicius Pantoja of AI Consult, Proffer developed a smart pricing system for the pharmaceutical sector partnering with Farma Ventures. With a focus on optimizing profits and streamlining management processes, Proffer initiated pilot projects with Drogal and Indiana.
Currently, Proffer has 50 customers and operates in more than 1,500 pharmacies in Brazil. In 2021, the SaaS startup raised pre-seed funding from WOW Aceleradora and FCJ Venture Builder.
