Brazilian workplace management startup Neowrk raised $2M in a Seed round led by Indicator Capital. Real estate investor Daniel Cherman also participated.
Neowrk will use the funds to expand its operations in Brazil through strategic partnerships and to increase integration possibilities with other platforms.
Neowrk offers real-time workspace utilization insights through a plug-and-play solution with embedded AI capabilities software.
Founded in 2021, Neowrk has 100 clients and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $1.6M. The workplace management startup currently manages more than 300 offices in Brazil, Bolivia, and Czech Republic.
