Nubank announced the integration of Dimo into its app in Mexico. Dimo is a platform managed by the Bank of Mexico that lets users make money transfers to others using only the person’s phone number.
“We see in Dimo a great opportunity to simplify money transfers, reduce the use of cash and promote the digitalization of the country’s economy,” said Iván Canales, General Manager of Nu México.
Nubank currently has over 5 millions users in Mexico and plans to keep expanding their product offering in the country.
