Supra, a Colombian fintech, secured a strategic investment led by Citi, with participation from Far Out Ventures and H20 Capital. The funds will support and expand Supra’s operations in Colombia.
Founded in 2023, Supra facilitates cross-border payments for small and medium-sized companies in the import and export sectors.
“Supra is developing cutting-edge cross-border payment solutions that offer value-added services, guaranteeing transaction speed and highly competitive rates,” said Emilio Pardo Caicedo, CEO and co-founder of Supra.
More than 40,000 companies in Colombia engage in import and export trade activities, valued at $134 billion in 2022.
