Brazilian payroll loan comparison platform Konsi raised a $1M seed round led by Valutia, with participation from Lighthouse’s LH Tech Ventures fund.
With the funds, Konsi will further develop its technology and grow its user base.
Konsi’s app simplifies payroll loan comparison and promotes financial education. It helps users make informed decisions by optimizing interest rates on existing contracts and selecting the best options for new ones.
Founded in 2021, Konsi has 130,000 users and has intermediated over $64.5M in payroll loans. Konsi serves public health beneficiaries and employees in seven Brazilian states and three capitals, with plans to expand to public and federal employees nationwide by the end of 2025.
